• Redefining Rehabilitation:

Where Science Meets Movement

Pain-free movement isn’t a luxury. It’s essential to living well — and it’s exactly what we help you reclaim at Constant Physio.

About Us

Unlike traditional physiotherapy clinics focused on short-term symptom relief, we offer an integrated, clinically backed approach that combines the power of manual therapy, exercise prescription, Pilates Reformer rehabilitation, and soft tissue therapy. Our goal is simple: deliver meaningful, long-lasting results by treating the whole person, not just the problem.

What makes us different?

A holistic, tailored approach: We don’t do generic treatment plans. Every session is built around your unique body, goals, and challenges.

True 1:1 care: No rushed appointments, no distractions. Just focused, specialist care designed entirely for you.

Expert-led treatments: All sessions are led by a Chartered Physiotherapist, ensuring you receive the highest level of clinical care.

A boutique experience: We prioritise quality over quantity. You’ll always feel seen, heard, and supported.

We combine physiotherapy with movement-based rehabilitation to bridge the gap between recovery and performance. Whether you’re managing an injury, navigating postnatal recovery, or simply wanting to move more efficiently, we’re here to guide you to your next level.

Meet Marina Georgiou

Marina Georgiou, dedicated physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, passionate about helping people recover, move better, and feel stronger. My journey into physiotherapy began through my own experience—after 12 years as a professional volleyball player, I faced multiple injuries that sparked my fascination with rehabilitation and movement. This personal connection to recovery led me to pursue a career where I could help others regain their strength and return to the activities they love.

I studied physiotherapy in Greece, gaining experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, and paediatric rehabilitation, as well as working with athletes. When I moved to London in 2019, I specialized in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy, working extensively with individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, and trauma. Over the years, I have developed a strong focus on orthopaedic trauma rehabilitation, supporting patients through post-surgical recovery and helping them restore mobility and function.

Beyond physiotherapy, I incorporate acupuncture into my treatments, using it as an effective method for pain relief and muscle recovery. I am also a fully qualified Pilates instructor in Matwork and Reformer Pilates, which allows me to integrate movement-based rehabilitation into my approach. Pilates is an incredible tool for improving core strength, flexibility, and injury prevention, and I love using it to help my clients regain confidence in their bodies.

My philosophy is simple: movement is medicine. I take a holistic, patient-centered approach, ensuring that every individual I work with receives the care and guidance they need to return to daily life, sports, and activities pain-free. Seeing my clients progress and regain their strength is what drives my passion every day.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me playing beach volleyball, staying active in the gym, or traveling with my husband. I truly believe in living an active lifestyle and bring that same energy and commitment to every client I work with.

If you’re looking for expert physiotherapy care, Pilates-based rehabilitation, or acupuncture to aid recovery, I’d love to support you on your journey to better movement and well-being.
